Do I own my domain and website?

How long does it take?
Most previews are ready in a few days. A typical site goes live within 1–2 weeks, depending on how fast we get your photos and details.
How do updates work?
No logins or website tools to learn. Email us the change (new price, new dish, holiday hours) and it gets updated for you.
What if I cancel the care plan?
Send one email and it stops. No fees. Your site stays up, and your domain and site are still yours. We'll hand over everything you need.
Do I have to have the care plan?
No. The one-time build works on its own. The care plan is only for folks who'd rather have us handle changes and checkups.
What counts as an update?
Everyday changes: hours, menu items and prices, specials, events, swapping photos, fixing text. A whole new page or a redesign is quoted separately, and we'll always tell you before any extra cost.
Do I need to have photos or a logo?
Nope. Use what you have, and we can help with the rest.
