The walk-through
Your walk-through answers stay in your browser until you tap Send. Then they're sent to us and saved privately so we can reply and build your free preview. If you use the email option instead, they go through your own email app. We never sell or share your answers.
Helper questions
If you send a question through the little helper in the corner, we save your question and email privately so we can write back. We never sell or share them.
When you email us, we use your message only to reply and to work on your site. We never sell or share it for marketing.
QR codes
For care plan clients, QR code scans are counted anonymously. We see how many scans happened, not who scanned.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may keep basic technical logs (like IP addresses) to keep sites secure and running.
